Pennhip & OFA Evaluation

With our strong interest in orthopedic disease and prevention, Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital offers both PennHip evaluation and OFA Evaluation for several congenital orthopedic diseases such as hip dysplasia and elbow dysplasia. Dr. Respet is certified to perform PennHip evaluations to screen for evidence of hip dysplasia, which can be done as early as 4 months of age. 

OFA evaluations can be performed on dogs 2 years and older to detect evidence of hip dysplasia as well as elbow dysplasia.
